無綫花旦高海寧（高Ling）、彭慧中（Phoebe）、陳星妤及「食神」林澄光（Michael）主持的節目《吃貨橫掃曼谷》，首集已帶觀眾大歎Spa，彭慧中更有幸一嘗以芒果做按摩，高Ling則嘗試了美白Spa。之後一行人到了曼谷一間以工業風布置的泰式素食餐廳。
高Ling解釋自己非全素食者，而是奶蛋素食者，更重提自己茹素經過：「嗰段時間自己個心好亂，好多嘢諗，當時睇咗一齣紀錄片，好多實驗話畀我聽，人體可接受素食。當時諗不如試吓，當清吓腸胃，點知我食咗一個月之後，成個人精神上變得好Light，心情好平和，成日都好似好開心咁。」
