天后李玟（Co Co）生前指控《中國好聲音》的錄音檔流出後，引起軒然大波，令節目也要暫停播出。今日（30日）再有讀者爆料披露CoCo向友人哭訴雙腿痛得相當難受的37秒錄音，她邊哭邊訴說：「HELLO 親愛的，如果你現在有空，我起來了，你可以打給我嗎？我的腿，我的腿好難受啊，不是跟你分享負面的東西哦，就是太難受，睡也不行，坐也不行，走也不行啊，現在好嚴重哦，反正你可有空打給我？」
