都市人長時間對住部電腦同低頭撳手機,搞到唔少人都有圓肩同寒背嘅問題,除咗外觀上唔好睇,仲有可能形成長期疾病,不容忽視。今集《爆操女神》有混血星級導師蔡宛珊(Sarika)教你一招,搞掂圓肩兼寒背,誓要幫助「低頭族」挺起胸膛做人。我哋嘅嘉賓就係一向都重視自己身形管理嘅KOL吳靜琳(小白),出街被粉絲睇到佢寒晒背點得㗎,梗係要快啲向Sarika取經喇!
Sarika亦少講廢話,馬上親自示範做Lat Pulldown(滑輪下拉),並表示準備時雙手握實橫槓,然後要沉肩同挺胸,將槓拉至胸口亦同時要記得夾實背脊,保持上半身嘅穩定,防止受傷。Sarika就建議訓練時,可以每組做12至15次,一共做3組即可。睇完都唔明點做,咁就要睇多幾次《爆操女神》喇!
