正在英國倫敦訪問的律政司司長鄭若驊，周四（14日）晚出席特許仲裁學會舉辦的講座「Alexander Lecture 2019」並發表演說時，遭數十名反對修訂《逃犯條例》的示威者包圍，不斷指罵鄭若驊是「殺人犯」，她在混亂中狼狽跌倒，其後工作人員護送她離開。
鄭若驊周三（13日）出發到倫敦，下周一（18日）返港，行程中亦會與中國駐英國大使劉曉明會面。
