蘇慧倫路邊吃臭豆腐 52歲像少女
90年代曾和陳明真、方季惟並列為歌壇玉女掌門人的蘇慧倫,復出後近年來常出席許多活動,也常自己在社群網站中分享生活點滴,因此當網友翻出她近年分享的照片,對照她日前分享的「路邊吃臭豆腐側拍照」,大家都不敢相信她怎麼都不會老?素顏也美得跟少女一樣!
蘇慧倫因為有個才小二的兒子,她笑說自己是高齡媽媽,不希望和兒子同學的媽媽站在一起時,看起來會差太多,所以平常也重視保養和養生。過去她出席貴婦保養品活動時曾分享5大凍齡秘訣,包括:
1. 拒絕油炸物和甜食
蘇慧倫不減肥,所以吃下肚的食物都「很挑」。雖然油炸物、甜食好吃,但她說「甜食和油炸物除會變胖,還會加速老化」,所以她很少碰。大家愛喝的手搖飲品她也愛,但最多也只會1、2個月喝一杯解饞。

2. 睡滿7小時
蘇慧倫說,有小孩以後,作息都跟著小孩,維持多年早睡早起的習慣,膚質改善,所以她每天都睡滿7小時。
3. 維持運動
蘇慧倫除了重視皮膚保養,也經常運動提升新陳代謝。在她的Facebook常分享運動活動,如打網球、爬山、到健身房等,也有網友提到看到她到球場看棒球比賽,非常青春洋溢。
4. 做喜歡做的事,讓自己有光彩
被說「年逾半百」,但蘇慧倫說,大家不要被數字綁架,「不管在什麼年紀,都要相信自己有很多可能,不要設限。還有一點就是要找到真正喜歡做的事,會讓你整個人散發光彩。」
5. 無論低潮或挫折都成為自己的養分
蘇慧倫也懂得抒壓,她接受逆境和失敗,面對低潮、相信挫折和失落都能成為自己的養分!

減肥、抗老名醫呂紹達:「高糖、高油」是美貌殺手
台灣減肥名醫,同時也是抗老化名醫的呂紹達表示,「高糖」和「高油」真的是美貌殺手!不但會引起肥胖,皮下脂肪變厚讓人看起來顯老,組織的蛋白質或脂肪和糖分子結合,形成糖化白蛋白等糖化終產物「 AGEs」,會破壞膠原蛋白、彈性纖維,讓皮膚鬆弛下垂、加速皺紋,所以戒油炸物和高糖食物真的很重要。
「這樣做」就可比同齡人更年輕
呂紹達說,蘇慧倫從飲食著手,也規律運動,保持身體代謝能力和身材,真的可以讓自己看起來比同齡的人年輕。他表示,研究發現,人體老化受細胞端粒影響,細胞分裂老化後端粒就會變短,直到無法再分裂。
有的人端粒先天比較短,看起來比同齡的人老,而「壓力」也是讓細胞端粒縮短的誘因。如果面對壓力時無法化解,細胞端粒會縮短快速,容易老化,但若能像蘇慧倫這樣,把挫折的壓力轉化成滋養,隨時喜樂就會健康不老。

呂紹達曾經著作暢銷書《史上最有效瘦身毛巾操》,推廣拉筋毛巾操教大家做毛巾操復健、塑身、矯正姿勢,因此他也讚賞蘇慧倫保持規律運動。他提醒,很多人以為「老了體力不好,只要多活動不要過度運動」,這就錯了,老了比年輕人更需要運動,才能對抗老化更年輕,建議要隨時把握運動的機會,不僅要練毛巾操,任何生活上的事都可以鍛練一下,讓人愈來愈猜不出實際年齡。
