繼前日（28號）何詩蓓首奪銀牌的記者會上，小方自責仲有好多問題未問完，今次佢將勤補拙做足功課，事前已將問題寫低晒，有利提問時更流暢，佢多次問到：「上年6月因為疫情你返回香港訓練，可否講吓兩地教練如何交接，點樣幫助你？」、「你嘅成績係直線上升，多位參賽者中你算較年輕，進步目標？ 」心情激動但仍表現專業，獲網友讚有大師兄風範。佢仲上載賽前預測嘅片段，佢貼中Best Time 52秒，果然獨具慧眼！
此外，佢上載完成14天強制新冠肺炎檢測嘅截圖，並留言：「我自由」終於「放監」唔使困住喺奧運記者中心工作，可以到其他地方採訪，難怪小方咁興奮！
