無綫四位終極咪神，36E陳婉衡、34D胡美貽、34C鄧伊婷和34C李芷晴，早前相約到酒店Staycation之餘，更為公司拍攝節目。四位咪神來個大解放盡情晒好Body，在泳池上碧波蕩漾甚有睇頭。期間更挑戰新穎的啤酒瑜伽大晒功架，不過過程就有點雞手鴨腳，但可觀程度依然十足，火辣指數依然爆燈。鄧伊婷、李芷晴表示疫情期間運動量減少，體重難免上升需要積極減磅。相反，胡美貽竟表示因自己比較懶惰連吃東西都減少，反而瘦了不少，令人嘩然。
