藝人葉璇近年直播帶貨，因肥腫身形加騎呢舉動出晒位，近日佢再度開Live，今次唔再着緊身衣，收起爆腩身材，改以吊帶連身裙上陣，豈料有網民發現該裙款式正正係網上流行嘅「小三裙」，即時再惹爭議。事緣早前有內地企業高層被爆婚外情，疑似「小三」所着嘅花色連身裙竟意外爆紅，一夜之間賣出2千多件，甚至獲封「小三裙」，今次葉璇着上同款裙，就遭網民狠批譁眾取寵：「蹭這個流量是想毀自己嗎」、「拉低好感」、「為了蹭熱度吧」。
