面對炎熱嘅夏日,最好嘅消暑方法必定係去沙灘暢泳,但唔少女士都擔心喺沙灘着比堅尼,會露出肚腩仔畀人笑,所以今集《爆操女神》搵咗健身女神蔡宛珊(Sarika)同性感KOL鍾菀菱(KBG)教大家點樣消脂減贅肉。眼見KBG嘅社交網不時都會分享唔少性感相,身材應該Keep得唔錯,但係佢都有自己嘅煩惱,原來自從疏於跳舞後,佢嘅馬甲線亦隨即消失,因此佢今次嚟到《爆操女神》就係要證明「唔見咗嘅嘢我會自己攞番!」
呢集Sarika會由淺到深教一招單車式捲腹(Bicycle Crunch),達到減贅肉兼練核心肌肉嘅效果,更有研究表示此健身係最有效嘅練腹動作之一。鍛鍊時先平躺喺地下,然後雙手抱頭,身體向左旋轉,嘗試以右手肘掂左膝,再以同樣的步驟鍛煉身體的右側,切記練習時勿用雙手將身體拉起,造引起頸部受傷。如果想仔細學做呢個動作,咁就要即刻睇《爆操女神》喇!
