如何判斷自己體內是否有濕氣?
台灣周宗翰中醫師說明,體內有濕氣表示身體無法有效調節水分,水腫的人在夏天易疲勞、中暑、頭暈目眩。另外,吃得不多但體重未減輕,反而增加,甚至喝水都會胖,都與體內濕熱有關係。
人體內的水分大約佔體重的65%,水液代謝與肺、脾、腎有密切的關係,當3個臟腑運作功能失調時,代謝會異常,輕則體重增加,重則出現浮腫。許多人長胖,並不是脂肪增加,而是水液內停所致,稱為「水腫胖」,其他症狀如皮膚常起濕疹、雙腿浮腫、女性白帶清稀量大等,甚至大便易黏在馬桶上,使用3~5張衛生紙反覆擦也擦不乾淨,也證明體內有濕氣。

清除體內濕氣,中醫推薦多吃「燕麥紅豆薏米粥」
台灣周宗翰中醫師表示,張鈞甯每天喝的紅豆茯苓蓮子湯很不錯,有助於去除體內寒氣、養顏美容。不過想要更有效的去除體內濕氣,平時可食用燕麥紅豆薏米粥,其具有祛濕排毒、瘦身健脾、潤腸通便之功效,且可改善下半身浮腫、肥胖的問題,還能降血壓及血脂、去水腫、調解血糖、解毒抗癌。
薏苡仁又叫薏米、薏仁,不僅為常用中藥,也是民眾常吃的食物,其性味甘淡微寒,利消水腫、謎脾去濕、舒筋除痹、清熱排膿等功效。現代人精神壓力大,常有心氣虛、飲食不節、運動量少、脾虛濕盛等情況,既要祛濕,又要補心,還要養脾胃,食補非紅豆、薏米莫屬。而燕麥具有明確的降血脂功效,不但能排出體內多餘的水分,還能讓臉迅速變小,也兼具讓皮膚美白水潤透亮的效果。
