安心亞減重三招:每天照鏡子、每周運動2次、15分鐘跑步法
安心亞近日出席活動,不僅大曬精實線條、完美胸型,說起減肥,她也表示:「要靠定期運動才能瘦」。她大方分享,自己每天都會全裸照鏡子、檢視身材,而且一周運動2次,不追求紙片人身材,反而更愛緊實、有曲線的體態,她一周運動兩次,從跑步、有氧到重訓,跑步時會以「15分鐘跑步法」進行,主要是當一分鐘跑步機速度為11~12時,那下一分鐘就會調回7~8,以一分鐘快、一分鐘慢的方式跑完15分鐘,不僅訓練心肺功能,瘦身效果也相當顯著。而她在積極減肥時期,更曾每天慢跑40分鐘,足足堅持一個月,減肥效果超強。

間歇性高強度運動不適合中老年人
台灣減重名醫蕭敦仁表示,安心亞的跑步方式稱為間歇性高強度訓練運動,通常用來訓練運動員,可以刺激心肺,身體受到挑戰可短時間內提升心肺功能,不過這種方式只適合年輕人,中、老年人則要小心,因為高強度運動怕心臟負荷不了。

有氧運動加上重訓 請教練教,趁早存肌肉本
他建議,中、老年人做有氧運動即可,要訓練肌肉就再加上重訓,不過這都要在教練指導底下做,「比起以後花錢請看護,不如現在花錢請教練」,愈早存肌肉本,以後愈不用讓人照顧,所以千萬別省教練費,尤其重訓如果姿勢不對,很容易發生危險,硬舉也可能造成運動傷害,想要練肌力,一定要接受專業指導、循序漸進。
