大家好,歡迎嚟到《星級煮意》Chill級版,今集請嚟索女楊梓菁,教大家整素食早餐,以乳酪為主,再配上水果同埋燕麥片。平日大家出街食埋唔少重口味嘅嘢,今次呢個素食早餐就為大家帶嚟大量纖維,促進腸道健康。
楊梓菁出名身材正,佢之前拍《解決師》以三點式上陣不特止,仲近乎全裸拍出浴戲,認真搏命。不過佢唔係淨係得個樣㗎,除咗出得廳堂之外,亦都入得廚房,所以佢就決定上嚟《星級煮意》Chill級版,教大家點樣食得健康。
首先要準備好材料,適量嘅乳酪,燕麥片同埋蜜糖,水果就可以自行選擇,之後就可以將水果切好備份。然後將乳酪、水果同埋燕麥片倒上,落埋蜜糖之後就再加以裝飾,基本上就大功告成。
