今日(24日)凌晨1時19分，天水圍輕鐵站近C出口對開行人天橋一幅連儂牆，有途人發現貼於地上一列便利貼及寫有標語的紙張有燒過痕迹，疑遭人放火施以破壞，遂致電報警。消防員到場查看後，認為火警原因有可疑，相信是遭人縱火，隨即交由警方接手調查。
警員其後於附近兜截，發現一名形迹可疑男子，經初步查問後，以涉嫌縱火將其拘捕，帶署扣查。
