3個月內,每個禮拜至少1次以上腸胃道症狀即為腸躁症
台灣衛生福利部台北醫院肝膽腸胃科主治醫師曾柏鈞表示,目前很難靠檢查診斷腸躁症,大多是以臨床問診為主,有點類似「問卷」,會請病人觀察自身腸胃,時間約3至6個月。
腸躁症定義為「3個月內,每個禮拜至少1次以上腸胃道症狀」,像是腹脹、腹痛、便秘、拉肚子。曾柏鈞補充,不一定是拉肚子,只要大便習慣改變就有可能是腸躁症。

4大原因影響腸胃道
罹患腸躁症最主要還是跟「體質」有關,如飲食上有乳糖不耐症,因此容易出現腹瀉。曾柏鈞說明,但民眾也不用過於擔心,半數以上都是一陣子的腸胃疾病症狀,因此也不一定是罹患腸躁症。除此之外,情緒也會影響腸胃道蠕動,抽煙、喝酒也是危險因子。
2原因造成慢性腹瀉
曾柏鈞指出,腸躁症若連續3、4周,且每天都有拉肚子等慢性腹瀉,就有可能是感染發炎,或是發炎性腸胃疾病,如自體免疫相關的克隆氏症,患者的消化道會莫名潰瘍,惡化成癌症機率也會較一般人高。
7方法預防腸躁症
治療腸躁症多以藥物抑制腸胃蠕動為主。曾柏鈞也提醒,預防腸躁症,民眾務必保持正常生活作息、規律運動、不要熬夜、少吃刺激辛辣食物、少喝手搖飲,由於許多手搖飲都是生水直接過濾使用,恐生菌數高導致腸道壞菌變多。另外也可以多吃益生菌、喝乳酪飲品等,培養腸道好菌。
