梁敏巧(Maggie)參選2019港姐入行,上年加入《東張西望》團隊做外景主持,漸漸多人認識。觀看她的社交平台不難發現她擁有好身形以及逆天長腿,不時展示腹肌線條,是不少女士心目中的理想身型。原來Maggie在擁有美好身段前,曾經也是肥妹一名,更稱在中學時期被稱為Big Mac,小學因為又肥又高而被人排斥,亦因為身型變得自卑又沒有自信。她指嘗試過不同的減肥法後,發現只要搵到對的方法加上運動,則可以在不節食的情況下輕鬆減去10幾磅,增加自信同時令身體變得健康,更鼓勵想修身的女生「我得!你都得!」。

7天低碳水化合物餐單 多吃原型少加工食物
Maggie的減肥方法並不是地獄式,而是採用的是低碳水化合物飲食法,盡量減少每一餐所吸收的碳水化合物含量,主張多吃原型食物即可直接看得出食物的原貌、未過度加工的食物,例如各種原塊肉類、蔬菜等。她在社交平台上分享自己一星期的減肥成果,剛過去的一星期由54KG減至51.5KG,不過她有承認這個星期破戒,打邊爐、炸物、甜品等減肥禁品,她全都吃了,即使如此Maggie仍減去2.5KG,她指嚴格執行的話,自己憑這個餐單7天可減4.5KG!
除了分享餐單外,Maggie亦細心列出在進行低碳水化合物飲食法時「可以吃的食物」及「不該吃的食物」,提醒大家雖說是「不該吃」,但並不代表完全不吃而是盡量少吃。在減肥期間,她也推薦了可以吃的零食,如堅果、天然脫脂乳酪、蔬菜果汁等。

根據以上的餐單,Maggie將自己的每日三餐上載到社交平台,每一樣食物都列明分量及卡路里,方便讀者參考。雖說是減肥餐單,但並不單調,有自煮的亦有到餐廳用膳,真正做到她之前說:「喺唔節食嘅情況下輕鬆減咗10幾磅,呢下驚覺原來減肥可以咁輕鬆愉快。」
