由譚俊彥（Shaun）、龔嘉欣主演的《十八年後的終極告白2.0》上周播映大結局，引起不少回響，臨尾開放式結局掀起網民熱話，監製曾透露《十八年後》還有其他結局，早前釋出的另一條官方花絮片中，除了有嘉欣和Shaun的老妝外，連已死去的陳山聰及趙希洛亦以老妝現身，只見山聰在希洛摻扶下，走上山搵嘉欣吹水，釋出的結局彩蛋花絮片，令結局埋下伏筆。
無綫剛公布《十八年後》的收視成績有16點，比上周微跌0.1點，《愛‧回家之開心速遞》及外購劇《尚食》也輕微下跌，分別是20.6及18.8點，不過周六、日的綜藝節目收視則上升，《聲夢傳奇2》有12.5點，《聲生不息》則有16.3點。
