一直以來給人肉肉印象的馬思純,不是正在減肥就是在往減肥的路上!2024剛過完年,馬思純破天荒po出一支減肥影片,表示自己用6-7個月的時間減掉了25公斤,而且都不是靠網路上那些「馬思純減肥法」!馬思純說:「我從來沒出過什麼減肥教程,網路上那些都不是我做的,這次跟大家分享,主要是希望在健康的前提下減脂,健康第一,減脂第二!胖瘦不是衡量一個人的標準,我們都要接受自己的每一面,但如果你決定減肥,也要接受自己需要堅持並為此渡過一些難關!」

3天瘦3公斤!馬思純快速瘦食譜
之前馬思純就曾分享過自己3天瘦了3公斤,做法也在這次的影片中一次公開,馬思純說自己就是「餓瘦的」!前兩天每餐只吃雞蛋,一餐吃兩顆雞蛋,等於一天只吃4個蛋!第三天中午吃一根粟米、晚餐吃牛排,搭配大量喝溫水,3天就掉了3公斤!但她也說:「不建議大家這樣減,還是用健康的方式比較好。」她分享自己為了減肥曾吃過減肥藥也餓過,不但搞亂內分泌,還復胖得厲害,體重最高曾飆到80多公斤!自卑到低谷還出現甲狀腺問題與高血壓,讓她不得不正視健康減肥的必要!

每天2杯綠果汁和黃果汁
馬思純分享自己的減肥飲食,最激進的時候是22小時空腹、只在2小時內進食,每天早上固定會喝2種果汁:
綠果汁:幫助排毒、增強飽腹感
食材:羽衣甘藍、海藻粉、椰子油、菠菜、其它蔬菜
黃果汁1500cc:確保一天喝足水量,加快新陳代謝
食材:兩個檸檬去皮、電解質粉、代糖、蘋果醋
這兩種果汁喝下肚,基本上馬思純到晚上6點才會開始覺得餓,晚餐她會吃一些橄欖油煎牛排、蝦仁等,並用魔芋取代麵條,馬思純說:「我前兩個月屬於生酮飲食狀態,大概吃到第二個月就把魔芋換成糙米、藜麥,建議大家可以多吃點海鮮,水果能少吃就少吃,一定要吃的話她會選莓果類,草莓、藍莓、蔓越莓等或是桑葚,油則用橄欖油,因為熱量較低。」

減肥也可以吃「放縱餐」
原本一焦慮就會暴飲暴食、無法入睡就會吃點小零食,馬思純說:「我把我對食物的慾望去轉化成其它興趣愛好,把生活排滿變得很充實,盡量去找自己喜歡的事情做,運動我每天都會跑5公里以上,從一開始2、3公里近接到最後10公里,都是在戶外路跑和大自然接觸,如果想吃『放縱餐』,就選在生理期第一、二天新陳代謝比較快的時候去吃。」她分享如果想要簡單減肥,168或186都是不錯的方式,兩餐間隔時間越短越好、最後一餐離睡覺時間越長越好,就是減肥基本原則。
