香港「飛魚王子」方力申（小方）尋日為慈善出戰45公里長嘅香港環島游，以10小時43分06秒成功再創香港紀錄，認真威水！今日小方喺社交網拍片多謝大家支持，笑指興奮嘅心情仍然未能平伏，瞓到清晨6點幾已經醒咗，更大晒「後遺症」：「我依家條頸真係痛啦，瞓醒之後條頸只係擰到咁多已經扯住，晏晝要去做按摩。」此外，小方又展示「傷勢」，佢條脷浸到爛晒呀，佢話：「唔係脷苔嚟㗎，刮唔到，痛㗎喎。係嗰啲鹽水浸到咁，好痛！唔知幾時先好番，所以我都唔明啲人呢，可以連續游幾十個鐘頭，我都唔知條脷點算。」
